    Ability to advance seeming constrict in recent years. Caps on wages, fewer opportunities for promotion, etc...

    Good for ppl whom doesn't have a UK work experience or need a job to connect job between.

    Cons

    Salary is so bad for sure and no bonus doesn't matter how hard you work or how busy you are. Rota is arranged weekly.
