    Cons

Once you are In a role there is no route to progression unless you ride a bike
Junior staff aren't even any career development
No links in to the team at CRC
    no bonus structure

    Advice to Management

spot talent, realise you have major issues when it comes to systems that don't support business aspirations.

    Pros

Wiggle is a fast paced and vibrant retailer, filled with employees who are massively passionate about what we do and sell, and it is great to be part of the Wiggle family. Every day I feel excited about what we are trying to achieve, and feel really lucky to be part of the journey. We have set ourselves great goals and with the team we have I am sure we will get there - Watch This Space! As employees we get the opportunity to go and participate in sports together, trial products, meet well known brands and give them feedback. We really do eat, sleep and breath sport!

    Cons

Because Wiggle is so fast paced you have to be ready to run with the change and everything that is going on. Some may see that as a Con but I see it as a great challenge and means that every day is different and exciting.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what your doing!

I have been working at Wiggle full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible working hours, vibrant culture, strong leadership and management, great career progression

    Cons

Some people are negative to work with because they think they should be promoted based on how long they’ve worked there not on whether they are good enough for the job. Lots and lots of great people though, just avoid those who have chips on their shoulder

    Advice to Management

Leadership and management at Wiggle is good. My own manager is flexible, realistic and contactable when I need him. I’ve found HR to be helpful and professional when I had queries on time off to look after a loved one. Brilliant employer. I couldn’t ask for more. I would recommend Wiggle to anyone and everyone

I have been working at Wiggle full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun relaxed culture in a business that’s leading big change in the industry, great product to try, nice tech office set up

    Cons

So much change going on it’s hard to keep up sometimes, IT issues make it hard sometimes to do simple things, but this are apparently being worked on

I have been working at Wiggle full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy work, keeps you fit, friendly colleagues

    Cons

I have worked at Wiggle for over 2 years and i have to say it is the WORST company i have ever worked for, it duped me and a lot of other colleagues into leaving other similar jobs with promises of progression, soon after start date these promises were broken one by one until the company became just another warehouse op job, some of us left companies that were straight up in the way that there was no progression but paid well, so i took a drop in pay to work for wiggle, worst decision of my life, the only progression available is by sleeping with management, as horrible as that sounds in this day of age but its fact, the most recent promotions in house 3 out of 4 were sleeping with a shift manager (known fact) these concerns were raised by about 30 colleagues in an open letter to higher management but this fell on deaf ears, there is ritual bullying of members of staff by team leaders and shift managers. Only apply if you have a thick skin, the shift managers and team leaders are terrible and cannot run a bath never mind a massive company such as Wiggle. I am only still here as i know the job and it pays my bills until i find something else.

    Advice to Management

Recognise ability when it is right in front of your eyes and not promote just because of affairs, pay better and also send your shift managers and team leaders on management courses on how to speak to staff.

I have been working at Wiggle full-time

    Pros

The employees want to help each other.

    Cons

The company has made large acquisitions but does not know what to do with them. No work has been done on culture between the larger group so the integration has not landed. There is no direction and forward momentum and the hard work is not recognized as there is no progress on horrifically low pay. The place is leaking talented people because they do not care for them and it will get worse.

The HR team are useless, in one case they sanctioned an employee and but refused to tell them why, if that ever got to a tribunal they would be dead in the water.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your staff promote from with in, train people develop them and show then care and respect.
