      Utterly unprofessional people

      Pros

      They're utterly unprofessional. During the interview they asked me to deliver a 30 minutes lesson for people who had no idea about teaching or spanish at all. They also asked me to create and complete a profile with my personal information and students will contact me for trial lessons. Suffice to say, these trials lessons were for free and most of the times stood me up. Basically, I worked a month for free.

      If you have lots of unpaid free time to waste.This is a great place to work.

      Cons

      They have you take a month or 2 worth of free demos to students. Which are all unpaid. They require you to work unpaid hours. They do not give any real information prior to the demo, but when you lose a student they blame you? poor organisation - they message at any time they want and demand you to drop everything and work straightaway, without knowing the student and try to secure the sale of their lessons. They then penalise you if you don't take on demos.

      If your are a fresher with their experience no one is going to consider your experience and hire you in next jobs . No work life balance, 12 to 13 hours of work no weekenes. Very late response from managers. Need to do repeating work everyday demos demos demos. They may use for 2 months and throw out will tell one silly reason and they may leave you immediately. No notice period. No team management. sincere suggestion wait for some more time and try to get the job in a company where u can learn more.
