    Fabulous brands and family owned

    Cons

    Chairman / CEO is ruining the business like he did during his first tenure but this time around, sadly his father isn’t there to take him out before it gets too critical . Many world class people have deserted the company in the last three years for his autocratic bullying style - modern companies do not function like this and world class people do not put up with such a style abs simply move on.

    Amazing brands People are great Small enough company where you can make an impact

    Cons

    Poor and indecisive leadership creates a lot of work with little gain Talk about family values but as an employee you are very expendable and viewed as a cost not as an asset Extremely under resourced with heavy workload Operations are terrible - always out of stock or delayed in getting product but still have to hit numbers despite not having product to sell Frequently don't give bonuses
