Pros
perhaps the brands but the environments takes even the only pro they have away
Cons
Yes HR is most political team of all. worst bonus and increments too.
3 - 1.010 Mar 2022Anonymous EmployeeFormer Employee, more than 8 yearsSingapore
Pros
nothing great; only looks good.
Cons
bonus and increment almost non-existent even in good years. Influx of foreigners from homeland. Place where locals are made to work while foreigners get all the benefits.

Pros
The brands are great and onboarding is choreographed well.
Cons
No bonus in 2 years, the chairman is too controlling and stingy, everything comes down to the bottom line and employees are watched through apps that you are forced to download on phone, hours are too long, technology is behind, and there aren't progression opportunities.

Pros
Great co-workers, good Company Benefit, good teamwork
Cons
Upper Management, Need more competitive Salaries, no full bonus pay out in 2yr
- 2.07 Apr 2022Anonymous EmployeeFormer Employee, more than 5 years
Pros
1) Benefits - Awesome health & wellness packages 2) Perks - Yearly stipend to buy their products, sometimes there are freebies 3) Location - Offices in NJ and NY 4) Reputable products 5) Known for promoting internally
Cons
1) A lot of 'cliques' are formed, especially by Brand/Marketing teams, which can make you feel isolated during events 2) A great deal of nepotism, you may get passed on an internal promotion if someone else is 'friends' with upper management 3) Upper Management HAVE NO IDEA the amount of work those below them do, and when something doesn't go their way, they either have those people fired or demoted 4) Credit - upper management ALWAYS take credit for the hard work of those below them. Rarely is recognition given beyond verbal announcements. 5) HQ Execs and Senior Level Employees in the UK look down on the US teams. 6) Execs & C-Suite level stakeholders will give themselves $100k+ annual bonuses but then will tell the lower level employees that bonuses are not in the budget for that year.

Pros
Great products, generous product allowance, great company events, typically get full bonus
Cons
Operations is the abused child of the org. Commercial will blame Every problem on operations and ops leadership will act like a punching bag and take it. Ops leaders talk a good game, but little action. You WILL be expected to do the work of two people, with no additional comp. and don’t complain about it or you will be out. Leaders will give the right platitudes but it’s more talk. They don’t care, just work harder. People leave crying at the end of the day during Q4 because they are driven so hard and told they aren’t doing enough. There’s a reason there are few long term employees here. US is run by 3 people, 2 in NY, 1 in Florida. What they say goes, cross them at your own risk. Ops leadership in NJ is weak and cow toes to what NY and Scotland want.
