Pros
The WG&S family values are ingrained in the culture. Hugely supportive colleagues and senior management. Good opportunities for internal development and internal global training courses. Amazing brands with strong marketing campaigns. Real opportunity to make a difference - you can pitch your ideas internally and may see some of them come to life
Cons
Not as agile as we should be when launching npd Quite a lot of change within the business which can be unsettling at times Due to the number of brands, it can be hard to prioritise at times
