Pros
People are great and brands are amazing. Small enough that you can see the impact you make but still have decent budgets to do fun things. Opportunity to learn lots of different parts of the business.
Cons
Not resourced to fulfil ambitions with little advancement opportunity. Pay does not match the level of work required. Indecisive and unempathetic leadership that is disconnected from market realities and the needs of their employees. Different sets of rules for different people. Very reactive and slow to move. Supply chain is abysmal.

Poor and indecisive leadership creates a lot of work with little gain Talk about family values but as an employee you are very expendable and viewed as a cost not as an asset Extremely under resourced with heavy workload Operations are terrible - always out of stock or delayed in getting product but still have to hit numbers despite not having product to sell Frequently don't give bonuses

Pros
Great products, generous product allowance, great company events, typically get full bonus
Cons
Operations is the abused child of the org. Commercial will blame Every problem on operations and ops leadership will act like a punching bag and take it. Ops leaders talk a good game, but little action. You WILL be expected to do the work of two people, with no additional comp. and don’t complain about it or you will be out. Leaders will give the right platitudes but it’s more talk. They don’t care, just work harder. People leave crying at the end of the day during Q4 because they are driven so hard and told they aren’t doing enough. There’s a reason there are few long term employees here. US is run by 3 people, 2 in NY, 1 in Florida. What they say goes, cross them at your own risk. Ops leadership in NJ is weak and cow toes to what NY and Scotland want.
