I worked at William Hill full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

They want to employ passionate developers who know what they are doing, which leads to a great environment to work in. Lots of investment in technology. Always considering the latest advancements in tech - you won't be left behind. Internal Hackathons every so often (is that a Pro?). Flexible Working

    Cons

Developers are significantly outnumbered by support (Scrum Master, BA, Product Owner, Architect, etc) Getting a bit bogged down in corporate b*llsquirt like proper Scrum and KPIs - which is fostering a lack of trust

    Advice to Management

Trust your best developers. You spend a lot of time and money attracting talent but then make them work in a straight jacket of process red tape.
