    Pros

    Some very talented people who provide lots of great technical skills.
    Good location in the centre of Leeds.
    Very good mix of technology to work with.

    Cons

    1. Pretty much a revolving door on recruitment.
    2. Management really couldn't care less as long as the work is being done.
    3. Certain colleague's attitudes leave a lot to be desired.

    Advice to Management

    1. Start to put a plan in place to keep good people within the business.
    2. Really start to address the culture and attitudes within the Technology team to foster a healthy and collaborative environment.
    3. Don't just pay lip service to people's grievances. Be open minded enough to understand that people don't leave good jobs, they leave bad management.

    Good pay if you work crazy long hours no real incentives.
    Travel card in London and other company discounts.

    Cons

    Woking in very dirty shops with staff that have a low morale and managers that don’t care.
    Very ego based.

    Advice to Management

    Do not abuse the procedure that are put in place to ensure things are fair honest and professional stop having favourites and cutting professional corners
