    Pros

    Good team and meet all kinds of people, good first job for youngsters just joining the work force.

    Cons

    Chances for progression seem to become more and more limited . if your face doesn't fit then don't waste your time. As a more mature employee im treated constantly like a trainee and undermined.

    One size does not fit all to training, career paths , and how we are treated
