      Pros

      - flexible hours (even though hours can be long and very anti-social) - loads of events throughout the year - good access to courses so you don’t forget rules of the company as it’s very fast-paced - good pay for retail working

      Cons

      - lacks communication with managers to staff members - abusive environment (hard to deal with customers with different gambling issues, not trained on how to consult them)

      Great staff, flexible hours, excellent training, some great managers that value there staff.
