Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Willmott Dixon full-time for more than a year
Pros
Good benefits, company car, commuter fuel allowance, birthday off, training, voluntary community days, lovely offices.
Cons
Some of the senior management are unbelievably lazy, clearly skiving (refusing to give access to their calendars) when out of the office and not much better when they're in, while the minions are overworked and underpaid. And the bosses are blind to it, whether through ignorance, apathy or cawardice, who knows. Time to look for another job! No flexible working so sometimes long hours which you don't get back.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Willmott Dixon full-time
Pros
Good benefits and social value
Cons
Where to begin!! Some LCOs are better than others. The induction creates the illusion of a fantastic company but the bubble doesn't take long to burst. I had an awful manager. I found all of the senior management very inexperienced and arrogant, just wandering around thinking they are great because they are directors etc. I ended up with mental health problems, another area they claim to be leading the way in. Joining WD was a huge mistake. The atmosphere in the office was awful, no one talks.

RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at Willmott Dixon full-time
Pros
I have recently joined Willmott Dixon - where I have been made to feel very welcome. I have found out that Willmott Dixon genuinally cares about its employees and it seems its people, on the whole, feel engaged and supported (who I work with). It takes it green credentials seriously and offers a lot training to employees looking to develop themselves. As a company we are involved in a vast array of fantastic construciton projects that are heavily involved with local communities and employing local people. Everybody has been open, honest and straight talking. A good environment to be in. Good benefits.
Cons
Haven't been with the company long enough to provide an informed opinion
