Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Willmott Dixon
Pros
Some good people there, remuneration package ok, some prestigious jobs, goodness knows how? Office location and parking convenient. Can't think of many others but this thing needs at least 20 Words!
Cons
Very poor middle and senior management, lots of greasy pole climbing and a definite old boys club mentality. As with the other negative reviews, for god sake don't speak out or your days will be numbered! Very secretive, not a lot of trust given and no real empowerment. A culture of fear and funny handshakes!

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Willmott Dixon full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Reasonable remuneration, good people at the staff level
Cons
Appaling management, an air of tension hangs continuously, very stresful, unenjoyable, and with some seriously bad-apples in positions of authority. There is no work-life-balance and I've known certain mid-managers being expected to work 60+ hour weeks!
