Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Willmott Dixon full-time for more than a year
Pros
Good benefits, company car, commuter fuel allowance, birthday off, training, voluntary community days, lovely offices.
Cons
Some of the senior management are unbelievably lazy, clearly skiving (refusing to give access to their calendars) when out of the office and not much better when they're in, while the minions are overworked and underpaid. And the bosses are blind to it, whether through ignorance, apathy or cawardice, who knows. Time to look for another job! No flexible working so sometimes long hours which you don't get back.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Willmott Dixon for more than 5 years
Pros
Generally reasonably well remunerated for the industry, Health and Safety taken seriously some nice people work there.
Cons
People have to work seriously long hours and the employee satisfaction survey is a joke that never changes senior managers/directors attitude. They run people like they run a contract and completely forget that they are human and aren't just numbers!
