I have been working at Willmott Dixon full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good benefits, company car, commuter fuel allowance, birthday off, training, voluntary community days, lovely offices.

    Cons

Some of the senior management are unbelievably lazy, clearly skiving (refusing to give access to their calendars) when out of the office and not much better when they're in, while the minions are overworked and underpaid. And the bosses are blind to it, whether through ignorance, apathy or cawardice, who knows. Time to look for another job! No flexible working so sometimes long hours which you don't get back.

I worked at Willmott Dixon full-time

    Pros

    Good benefits and social value

    Cons

Where to begin!! Some LCOs are better than others. The induction creates the illusion of a fantastic company but the bubble doesn't take long to burst. I had an awful manager. I found all of the senior management very inexperienced and arrogant, just wandering around thinking they are great because they are directors etc. I ended up with mental health problems, another area they claim to be leading the way in. Joining WD was a huge mistake. The atmosphere in the office was awful, no one talks.

    I worked at Willmott Dixon

    Pros

Some good people there, remuneration package ok, some prestigious jobs, goodness knows how? Office location and parking convenient. Can't think of many others but this thing needs at least 20 Words!

    Cons

Very poor middle and senior management, lots of greasy pole climbing and a definite old boys club mentality. As with the other negative reviews, for god sake don't speak out or your days will be numbered! Very secretive, not a lot of trust given and no real empowerment. A culture of fear and funny handshakes!

I have been working at Willmott Dixon full-time

    Pros

I honestly have struggled to even think of one. I suppose if you are working with people you get along with, you'll be able to get through the day

    Cons

    - To many secrets - Worst office environment - Senior management do not care until their threatened about not receiving retention. - No care for administrators. - No gratitude. - No reason to enjoy coming to work as there is no faith among employees of the company. It has now lost its value and credentials.

    I worked at Willmott Dixon

    Pros

Good location, salary, company has good policy regarding sustainability. People reporting to me were on the whole excellent. Company is a survivor and does this by being agile. Professes to be innovative. Generous allowances.

    Cons

Senior management very poor response to an issue, which ends up with the victims leaving not the people being complained about. HR totally innefective. Very difficult to introduce change, innovation and flexible use of resources blocked at every turn. Very secretive about almost anything, bordering on paranoia. Politics runs senior management despite claims to the contrary.
