    Productive work environment, providing their best for WFH, you have the opportunity to move across to different teams

    Cons

    In the past year/ 2 year we are in a transition from a smaller start up company to a multinational company. Surely, our company already transitioned, however our values and our way of thinking still needs a bit of a help with the shift.

    great people, nice office, good opportunities to grow, great mission, okay salary

    Cons

    you can take a break only if you reach the required numbers otherwise there are negative consequences for you the work schedule in not flexible, you are being told when to work and what to do in which hour (email, phones, side projects), you can give preferences, but there is not guarantee that you will get them

    Ability to grow, fast growing company, stock bonus, amazing office, feedback culture, modern instruments.

    Cons

    Maybe it would be better to have some clear path how to grow within the company, what skills required for the next role etc.

    I have been working at Wise full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Feedback culture (people will give constructive criticism and expect you to do so as well[regarding work]) Autonomous teams (employees work in small teams enabling and empowering cooperation) Everyone who gets hired is an amazing and unique individual. Before working here, I'd need to look long and hard to find such exceptional people. Just under the training I've learned so much about the world and many efficient research techniques, truly a place to grow yourself and achieve inner peace. I feel blessed to have been hired by TransferWise!

    The reason why I'm enjoying my time at TransferWise is because I believe I can make a career here and everyone is supportive about that.
