      Strong culture & leadership

      Pros

Wise is the first company where I've experienced analytics being a strong integral part of the company. In addition there is a strong vision of where we are trying to get to with the product. Every single person I've met at Wise has been smart, interesting and curious to learn. It is a super friendly and motivating environment to work in.

      Cons

Autonomous teams are the best, but when starting out it will take some time to get to know all the teams and how to get your ideas moving.

      Pros

I have really enjoyed my time so far. Everyone is really helpful and friendly, and very intelligent - you're encouraged to press on and deliver your ideas, and learn from your failures. Good compensation package with stock options, lots of travel, and a swanky Shoreditch office. Lovely!

      Cons

It's a rapidly growing company with a flat structure, which can make it hard to navigate your way through the business in the beginning (particularly if you come from a corporate, hierarchical structure like I did), but you get used to it!

      Pros

A fun and welcoming work environment where employees are given support and autonomy to develop. Everyone very aligned and engaged on company's mission. Challenging and varied work.

      Cons

Autonomy can be a downside - you need to be very proactive and good at cross-team working to make things happen.

      Pros

Wise is a very stimulating and interesting environment to work in. The structure is unique but it works very well for the products that we build. The interview process was very positive and the recruiters communicated regularly with me throughout. There is a big focus on company culture and values which really shows. Definitely recommend!

      Cons

None that I can think of

      Pros

      - Amazing people, everyone is really nice and welcoming - They make sure you are set-up for success and care a lot about the happiness and performance of their employees - Very flat hierarchical structure means you can make immediate impact - Work/Life balance is great - Autonomous teams mean you can choose what to work on and can focus on what's most impactful & interesting. - They're constantly working on improving and are aware of areas where things are not as good as they could be

      Cons

Autonomous teams can have it's downsides. Certain processes are not owned by anyone in particular and can get lost. A lot of communication is needed to get certain things done which can be frustrating to some.
