    I worked at Wizz Air full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    -Young and friendly environment; -Quite good salary (taking into the consideration that you don't need a higher ed.diploma here) -A limited amount of free flight tickets and discounts to all WIZZ destinations (Ticket nr.depends on years spent in the company)

    Cons

    Work/Life balance is just zero!Tiring shifts within the legal limits. -Low interaction with management and knowledge about their projects ; -Cabin crew are always the last ones to know any news within the company, usually only after the press release. -Hierarchical organisation , it is basically impossible to get the promotion if you don't have good connections; -They talk much about how they value their employees and how they contribute to the success of the company, but do nothing to improve salaries; -Difficulty to prove anything if they make any mistakes with your salary and get any compensation; -No pension for cabin crew or other social security benefits;
