Plenty of space for promotion across multiple brands within the business. Opportunity for financial reward for those that are successful. Free, in depth training courses.
Cons
Tight headcount in the branches. Recruitment authorisation (especially for direct replacement) timescale puts unnecessary pressure on branches.
