    Pros

    If your'e in the right place at the righrt time you can go far in this company. good training ethics, salaries not bad depending where you are and what you do. Plenty of jobs advertised internally.

    Cons

    Conditions change constantly. Directors seem to come and go, no consistant leadership.Priorities change at the drop of a hat.

    Benefits, although reduced even further

    Cons

    CEO only outdoor cash Senior leadership team doesn't know left hand from right hand Has a "face fits" culture, so only expect a promotion in certain regions if your Jose is already brown

    A Stagnant pool of unused talent

    Pros

    Pension & benefits plan is good, a lot of good people still resisting the "Wolseley way" of working!

    Cons

    Very strange and overly rigid branch role structure, progression impossible in some sectors as promotion would give you seniority over the person running the branch!! People put in charge of sectors they don't understand and blindly implementing unworkable policies, usually handed down by unrealistic senior managers.
