Regarding your comments on low pay and management structure: last year saw us carry out a business-wide pay review, and this ensured that the salaries we pay are competitive within the market. In addition, the way in which managers and teams work together is something we are actively seeking to improve, having recently carried out some internal research into how we can collaborate better.
