      Pros

Small office feel for a large organisation.

      Cons

Hard to knowledge share when those that had been around for years had been made redundant (hence my role being available), hard to learn a role/ how to use the inadequate, out dated software when the person you're taking over from is doing it wrong (found out by chance and meant it had been wrong for almost a year). No career progression, exceptionally long hours, I was told to cancel my plans for the next 2 weeks as quote 'Be under no illusion, you will not be leaving before 10pm on a good day'...and constantly creating unnecessary work.

Long hours at times for some employees, stocktake in between Christmas and New Year, some employees do more than others, some employees overpaid for the job they do.
