Founders are heavily under-skilled and incapable of taking the company to the next level. The company is running out of cash, lost approximately 50% of its valuation since last round of funding. Currently they are barely generating any growth in ARR YoY. The previous CEO was ousted by the board for misconduct and resources mismanagement. The current CEO is a creative mind but the type who'd answer a straight forward question with a lot of options and even more questions leaves you confused. They generally compromise for their lack of know-how with cheesy jokes whether during internal meetings or even with prospects or clients. It's very common to work for them for years with no significant career development or salary hikes. Be careful with the variable pay component, you'll most probably not receive most of it and they'll avoid providing you with clear KPIs to enforce an environment of confusion.

The new managament is very rude towards employees. The concept of respect is not in their vocabulary. There have been so much redunndancies that turned the employees into very stressed rabbits. The whole vibe from the managament is very toxic. There is no proffessionalism whatsover. Turned into a very misarable workplace.
