Pros
WordStream does well as a company. The marketing funnel is strong and if you're in your sales career, enjoying working with SMBs, and you're hungry, you can create a nice pipeline from the inbound marketing leads you'll get
Cons
When compared to other sales orgs I think WordStream is exceptional. The recent change in the products we're offering has proven to be more challenging and there is not really a defined sales process as of yet so the onus is on reps to figure it out a bit more than I think we should. Maybe not the best place for someone brand new in their sales career. But a sales vet or someone who does well with a bit less stability in their process can thrive here
