Pros

Team members are cooperative, they help you as much as they can and everyone works really hard. They can pay you higher than the market value if you negotiate it well.

Cons

Very chaotic company. Managers get rid of you quick without any notice. People just disappear. You become a ZeroChaos employee and work for a client. Hence, you don’t have any rights. People work very long hours to please the clients and managers. Small mistakes are magnified by both the client and the managers. Very weak management and no leadership. No benefits. HR is not responsive.

Pros

Work environment is very employee friendly. If you are good in your work no one can touch and you. You are free to work as and when you want. Good remote work and leave policy.

Cons

HR team is worthless. It is only good as long as you are in IT. The moment you get into RPO/BPO lines of business things are really manipulated and controlled by couple of guys. Most of the employees are not professional in approach. In short term you may like it as it gives freedom in lots of ways but the moment you look outside one feels it is a place of which destroys basic ethics.
