    I worked at Workplace full-time

    Pros

Wonderful staff who actually care about the work they do and how much it affects peoples lives.

    Cons

Executive Management team does not appreciate the staff, rather have self aggrandizing events, that serve to pat themselves on the back than to create a positive work environment. Leadership takes form of micromanaging , they talk a good game about innovation but they dont actually want the staff to be innovative, take initiative or make any kind of waves that were not approved of by the upper echelon. Executive branch is a gossip infested cesspool that thrives on tearing down their own staff, turning a blind eye to wrongdoings, covering up each others lies, and then stagnating, even blacklisting any who dare speak up. Nepotism is the preferred method of business, with vendors, partners and staff that falls in line with how leadership does things around here.

    Advice to Management

Treat your staff better!! You stand the backs of those of make you look good and rather than look down on them. Listen, learn, allow for ideas to flow and appreciate that you choose the right people to do the job, then get out of their way so they can do it. Instead of patting yourselves learn to create a positive work culture which has been proven to produce better results for an organization.
