      there are no good things about workplace solutions at dungeness power station,

      all unqualified staff in the office chancing at jobs, some not all operatives lazy, plant in crap state , managers have not got a clue, treat people like crap,NO IDEA or underatanding of what their people do.VERY VERY POOR

      25 days holidays, sick pay

      Cons

      People that are not good at there jobs are allowed to run the work. Top heavy management structure so 10 workers on site and 25 people in the office
