      High Turnover and Unbalanced Workload

      Pros

      You can learn a lot quickly because of the fast-paced environment 1 or 2 days remote work.

      Cons

      I would not recommend this company. There’s a very high turnover rate — many people get hired and quit shortly after. The workload is extremely heavy and unrealistic for the low salary they offer. Overall, it’s not a healthy or supportive work environment.
