      Great product, no mangement

      Pros

      A wonderful experience learning of a very high quality product. An easy product that sells itself. The positive does not go further than that. From the underpay to the lack of benefits to the little care for the individual employee.

      Cons

      Little benefits, low compensation, bullying management with no care in the opinions of the "smaller" guys. Easy to plateau.

      Gained valuable knowledge in the Lighting Field

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional. A toxic environment run by a mentally unstable leaders. Fuels the supervisors and management to question their own worth, in turn forcing out great team members who appear as a threat due to their success and recognition.
