Micromanagement, managers and owner read each and every email, no privacy at all. If you want to be in the company, you should have good relationships with family member of the ownner The attitude owner is not consistent, bully attitude The commission cut down with the promise of a good bonus, who knows??? No job security at all, each week at least one employee fires. Internal politics, few old employees have great influence on the owner, they can fire any employee, if they do like you. Nepotism, family members and friends are in good books if they don't like you, they make you exist If you are smoker and friend of the owner, you are a good employee Very high employee turnover

Generally the day to day consisted of being verbally abused or witnessing others being verbally abused. There is no competent management due to the lack of trust owner has in placing any responsibility in employees. No consistent policies and procedures. Highest employee turn-over I've ever seen. The company cant keep more than 10 people at a time since employees generally quit or are fired in the most dramatic fashion the owner can think of. There is no opportunity to grow here. You are told how and what to write in your emails and generally asked to lie to customers and carriers. Autonomy and creative ideas are not welcome, the attitude is "this is my company, you will do it my way or there's the door". Most poisonous environment I have ever worked in.
