-Can listen to music -Some flexibility with hours -Some of people are nice enough
Cons
=WELL BELOW average pay for the work performed. -Management and their families (who all work there) get free reign of the place while the rest of the employees get in trouble for every minor infraction. -Pretty poor management. -Overcrowded office with no privacy -Zero opportunity for advancement -They will try to cheat you out of the (comparatively small) amount of money that you earned so review your paychecks very closely and keep good records of the pay that they initially offer you if you take the job. -You will not like this place.
