      The team were very skilled and great but their talents were wasted at this company

      Cons

      So many cons all stemming from the CEO. He is terrible to work with, a bad manager and people person in general. Can’t take feedback and does not like to be questioned. Insults and talks down about his own team. Rude to his team. No genuine positive recognition. Ignores advise of the experts he hired. Wants a quick fix to everything instead of actually trying to solve problems properly. I expect there will be many more negative reviews to come as the turn over is so quick. James (CEO) is now writing replies to reviews saying change is happening. Nothing will change as long as he is still CEO. Also be weary of the high salary range advertised, he will probably low ball you.

      Missed Opportunity

      Pros

      Great team, interesting topic and very grateful for the life lesson: when you get a bad vibe - listen to it.

      Cons

      CEO hires experts to ignore, countermand and make them feel small. This means the company continually goes down the wrong path, costing time, costing money and demotivating employees. My motive: sympathy for employees and providing ship-size RED FLAG I wish had before.

      An extremely toxic London-based company

      Good team and a good salary.

      Cons

      It is an absolute nightmare to work with the CEO; he is an egoist and a narcissist. it is impossible to have a conversation with him. The upper management especially CEO is unskilled in product and people management; that is the reason, hardly anyone stays in the company for long. Avoid.
