Working at Yanisa for almost 3 years has been a huge learning experience for me, both professionally and personally. One thing I genuinely appreciate is that you are never limited to just one role here. You get exposure to communication, client handling, content, operations, sales, team coordination, and much more. The startup environment teaches you real ownership and problem-solving. Leadership is supportive, especially during difficult phases, and the founder Yash Sanghvi truly believes in helping people grow with the company. If someone is willing to learn, adapt, and take responsibility, this place gives a lot of opportunities to grow.
Cons
Since it is a growing startup, things move very fast and responsibilities can increase quickly. Sometimes priorities change depending on business needs, so adaptability becomes important. But over time, these situations also become some of the biggest learning experiences.
