I have been working at Yorkshire Building Society Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They run lots of internal training courses to enhance your career.

    Cons

Seem to be reactive rather than proactive. Don't think things through thoroughly before making business decisions.

    Advice to Management

Have a long term plan before making any business decisions. Its not healthy for staff to have job insecurity long term. Also for staff to join a business and their job being made redundant after 1 year.
