Great company values, an inclusive team, really progressive work happening, fast paced and fun environment. It's incredible watching an idea turn into an application in the space of days and knowing that we are affecting real change in the industry.

I have been working remotely in the product team at Yumpingo for less than a year but have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far. Product development processes work well for the team size and there is always a focus on improvement, with regular retrospectives. In terms of software development, there is little serious technical debt but many opportunities to improve on what is already a pretty solid foundation. Socials are excellent and always offer something a little different, mainly surrounding food & cooking, which is fine by me!
