Salary but the cons outweigh this a lot.
Cons
People are toxic. They manipulate their juniors into thinking that they are the only ones making mistakes. Bullying also prominent. No professional boundaries. The "bosses" want you to dedicate your life to the job, which has little help for you to expand your career. No bootcamps and no seminars. Qualifications do not matter; no matter what license or certification you have, as long as you are bullied by your "seniors"(who btw has the same job name as you, but would always throw you the hard stuff -- which even they do not know how to resolve), you will still be made felt dumb. Management lets this go. Also has a bond of 2 years so you can't quit until your hair falls out.
