- Friendly collogues to work

Cons

- Have to come to work 4 times a week but they state it as hybrid (if you don't come you have to apply leave ,what a wonderful company ) - Even though they follow agile they are not following agile correctly - Worst management team and managers are not good they always work as employees are on a separate team and managers are on another team - no team work and culture - Unsuitable people at the top

Company location is easily accessible Supportive colleagues with good experience and knowledge Good training sessions to newcomers Exposure to foreign clients (mostly Maldives) Dedicated person to look after your vehicle while you parked it

Cons

Strict working hours. You have to stay at office for sharp 9 hours Macro management to the next level in some teams Salaries get delayed sometimes. No bonus at all Censored internet, no Facebook or Youtube between 8 – 5

- A family business that does not have much growth - No work-life balance - Money flow within the company is low, every week sales will be targetted to get more collections from debtors etc to even the pay the salaries of employees
