    Pros

I have been working at Zeb full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Growing company - Interesting assignments - For consulting a good work-life-balance - Flat hierarchies - Renovated offices

    Cons

    - Brand name is not that strong yet. However, the company recently launched an image campaign that has already started to bear fruits - There are still some offices left to be renovated

    Advice to Management

    - Continue the (geographical) expansion - Continue with increase of salaries for employees - Allow for even quicker promotions if the performance is there
