      Don’t be fooled by their appearance

      Pros

      Mostly fun company culture, good intentions, snacks, dog friendly office, somewhat transparent values, CEO is genuinely passionate about the company.

      Cons

      Low pay, no ability to grow in to new roles, management of certain teams stifle creativity and micromanage, job security is nonexistent and turnover is high, a lot of the fun company culture is to cover up the sinking ship, little to no structure which leads to disorganized and uninformed constant change.

      Pros

      Culturally diverse team and great group of people. Their biggest asset is their people. It's unfortunate that the CEO and management does not recognize it.

      Cons

      Let's be frank: HORRIBLE pay, not a place for career advancement, not a stable company, no support from management, no direction of where things are headed, hard to get answers from management. Skip this company!

      Pros

      Great Perks and good people... that don't seem to be sticking around.

      Cons

      For such a small company it seems very management heavy and it shows in their actions. Feedback or raised concerns seem to elicit little response. Changes that do occur seem to be overly broad and disruptive and seem to only create new issues and concerns. They claim great growth and stability but that does not seem to be the case given the hiring, firing, layoffs, and the turnover of key positions.
