Only Good for Freshers- Exp people Don't even try please
Pros
Good learning curve for freshers, Company events by SynQ, Sparxz, and some other teams.
Cons
1.You will not get proper KT if you join in middle of the Project and they expect you to work like the other team members. 2.Except very few most of the Managers are very good in blaming and doing the cheap politics in this office. and yes there are very few good managers 3.You will be changing the project very regularly(Its not because of you work, its because of project dependency/ new requirement) 4. From Day 1 on words they will expect you to give status of the task, i still don't even understand how it is possible without having proper KT on framework or Project. 5.Directors or Higher Managements are not ready to listen to you even you say truth, they totally dependent on their Managers. 6. There is no guarantee that you will be working on the same tool or domain which you are good in your previous job, here they will say in interview that you will be working on the same tool, but once you are in, they say its a new requirement and they will not give time to learn the new tool/domain. 7.Really not a good choice to join as a senior or lateral employee, 8. 95% of freshers will leave ZenQ after they finish their bond period(2.5 yrs), not because of only salary, its only because of managers torture.Most of the lateral joiners also switch the company after 1.5 yrs(Bond Time) . 9.Clients are really very good and they are supportive, but managers are not like that, saddest part is managers have more requirements more than clients. for every thing they need docs etc... 10.Most of the managers are expects in insulting or pulling the legs in front of the teammates/juniors and super fast in ruining the self confidence of employees. 11. Leave policy is different based on the Designations. 12.Medical policy is worst. 13.No cab Facility(Don't say we have till Metro/MMTS).
