Great colleagues, great structure and great support! I've loved my time at Zeren and continue to do so. The Comp and Bonus structure is very positive and i've definitely made way more money here than in my earlier career (even in a depressed market). The job flow coming from the wider platform is strong and the new hires coming into the wider platform are hugely strong. So the future looks bright at Zeren, can't wait for next year!
Cons
Adapting, learning and listening are key to any new persons success, but the tools and learning resources are there if you choose to use them. The Tech market is an Elite space, so clients are very discerning on who they use as their recuritment partner. If you're a proven BD machine who legitimately knows how to generate jobs, hustle hard and build relationships, then this platform is for you as the rewards speak for themselves. If you're genuinely inexperienced at BD and have never had great success in that area, then this platform/market can be tough.

Some nice recruiters work here who are happy to give a shoulder to cry on which is much needed alot of the time.

I don't know where to start, read the other 1 star reviews as they are reflective of my experience here. Professionalism is not a high priority with employees but worse candidates it seems.

The management team genuinely care about the team and aim to provide a great work environment. They are strong communicators ensuring everyone is brought along with them on their journey.
Cons
It is in the process of moving from a start up to an established company which will take time. Will be good to get some good processes in place, that said this is being reviewed but they are at the beginning of the plan so am sure it will happen which will be great.

Constantly surrounded by positive and experienced people to work with. The culture is fun and full of energy, and extremely collaborative. An excellent client base to partner with and Zeren has a really positive reputation in the market. They have amazing incentives and an ambitious culture from the CEO down.

Zeren is not your average recruitment company. The mature, nurturing environment promotes a humble, hard working, collaborative culture that is difficult to find. There's huge potential upside for anyone joining the business at this stage for both personal & career growth. Having been here for over year I have nothing but positive things to say and can see myself working here for the foreseeable future - exiting times ahead!
Cons
I'd recommend joining a gym if you're lucky enough to find yourself working here, the frequent social activities involving free food & drinks has not been healthy for my waistline...
