    I worked at Zonal full-time

    Pros

Reward Gateway Scheme Christmas / Staff Party's Lovely Customers

    Cons

Service Managers have no idea what's going on in the field. Litreally oblivious to everything. Treated like a number not a person. Nobody cares about you. Very long hours expected of you. No Career Progression. Don't give them any feedback they don't care, or at least don't listen. Forget work Life balance, there isn't any.

I worked at Zonal full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

None - Despite what the `fake` reviews posted by HR say.

    Cons

Low pay, long hours, micro managed. 12-14 hour days are common. The field managers are terrible, badly experienced and lacking knowledge. Mine was a part time Door Man (bouncer) Say`s it all really. The `technical` support engineers are a joke. Wait till you meet them! The schedulers are the worst I have ever dealt with, they cause so many issues and really should be replaced by a piece of software.

I'm sorry to read of your frustrations with Zonal. The manager you mentioned left the business 3 years ago so this isn't a recent review. We are more than happy to discuss this further with you 1 to 1. Feel free to contact us at jobs@zonal.co.uk

I have been working at Zonal full-time for more than a year

    Pros

None really I can think of... Free fruit if you worked in the office.

    Cons

Long long hours.. Sometimes 80+hrs a week to the detriment of workers health. Several are on the edge of breakdowns due to constantly being pushed to work more and more. The only way to get a head in this company is to brown nose the right people. Skillsets and experience are irrelevant. Poor rates of pay, no opportunities. Repetative and dull.
