Nice people for the most part.

What a mess. Noone here has a clue what they are doing. They claim that they treat people like family - they bully staff and lay people off left right and centre. I wouldn't treat my family like this. Due to covid19 they have been getting rid of people and the way that HR and management have dealt with this is shocking. The HR team don't have a clue, patronising and are not supportive in the least. Only care about themselves when they aren't the ones being furloughed - acting smug that they still have job safety.

Pros

Nice people to work with. Juice and cereal was all right.

Management were awful - dont have a clue what doing most of the time. All old men in management who are sexist and horrible about women. I wouldn't want daughters to work here. So much inappropriate stuff going on with managers. Mean to get support from HR but the "Advisor" I dealt with was nasty, thought she was prefect and thought she was gods gift so unfeeling about personal circumstances. She picked managers always and has made loads of us feel rubbish constant. Loads of people leaving cause they dont trust anyone there.

Pros

Nice people, good offices. Desire to make things better and do the right thing. Great Christmas parties.

There is a lack of direction as customer needs swamp everything. Board members refuse to stick to their guns and have a clear direction or protect staff.

Nice people in the main and multitude of great software platforms for the retail leisure industry, Free fruit, breakfast and drink are a lovely touch.

Cons

Stressed out people, culture of breaking people to see if they survive or not. One standard approach towards all customers and death by email! Company fails to conduct risk analysis, contingency planning and coping strategies especially when integrating new applications. Therefore creating a very stressful environment for all concerned. Very much knee jerk approach when dealing with problems which invariably puts too much pressure on all involved.
