Pros

* Almost of the people are working remotely so no issues for the job location. * Flexible time hours * Zero leave policy so you can take leave and have a break if you have any mental breakdown.

Cons

* Salary would be a problem * Increment is very low as compared to other firms * Many of the time working hours is more than 12 hours.

Pros

Some of the people (peers, consultants and senior consultants) are extremely passionate and helpful but cannot be said for everyone.

Cons

Where do I start..? Long story ahead.. Most of the new positive ratings are incorrect and misleading. This doesn't deserve 4.1 stars at all. Toxic workplace environment. Not so understanding managers and blatantly oblivious senior managers. Every day is extremely hectic and the current ratings are very misleading. Too many projects dumped on some - High working works - Lost count of late night log offs. Longer working times are normalised and are "expected". Recently, senior managers have gotten involved in the projects with too many unwanted requests that eat up a lot of time spent on priority tasks. Freedom to handle tasks within teams got limited and gotten more hectic (because of unwanted tasks that are usually.. dumped) Internal tools are very poor but are pushed down the throat of associates and consultants. Time taken to do a task using these tools take significantly longer time than not using it. This is ignoring the amount of bugs in these tools and the number of time we need to redo the same task due to the same reason. AUTOMATION IS SUPPOSED TO DECREASE WORKLOAD NOT INCREASE. PDM pushing tools that should be an alpha version or beta at best, as stable version and getting input from consulting teams really needs to stop. Low / Zero exit opportunities. Majority of the work is done with internal tools and the skillset, chance to upgrade self is highly limited. The disparity between India and US consulting teams is the worst. India consulting is just namesake consulting team and majority of the work are operational tasks and reporting rather than consulting. This goes for consultants as well. India consulting is just a backend operational team where associates own the tasks and manage projects (in most cases), consultants qc (and own) with senior consultants handing PM related tasks. A bit of a biased workplace environment. HR team is oblivious to employees mental health and are just namesake. Meagre pay with meagre hike.. nowhere near market standards. Disparity of pay within role and with YOE is disgusting. Attrition rate is VERY high. All in all, join if you like overworking and are satisfied with average pay. Not a good choice if you are planning to change companies within few years. NOT a good place for associates / senior associates and consulting. I am mentally exhausted and physically tired to the point of forgetting life from work-life and am stuck with very less exit opportunities. Rethink your choices especially if you are early in your career.

Pros

Good learning environment for a fresher. Tries different new technologies.

Cons

1. Too much work pressure. 2. Has no leave policy (you can take any X days leave), Since they have have given you the choice, you won't take too much leave. If you're given X days leave for an year you will definitely take leave to complete those X days. But here since it' your choice you will hesitate to take leave and that's their strategy. Even i you take those x days leave, they will compare your leave days with the company's average leave take by an employee and reduce your rating. 3. They give you small timeline to complete a task and pressure you to work for weekends. I have almost worked all weekends. For working 10 weekends they give you 2 days of leave which you don't have apply as leave. 4. To monitor our happiness index they conduct survey. Even if you fill your concerns, they will treat you in such a manner that you don't fill it again. 5. Hikes and bonuses given every year is very minimal compared to efforts spent.
