      Great coworkers and environment but terrible management and leadership

      Pros

      - Great Coworkers - Everyone mostly gets along - Food is provided most of the time - Managers are fun people but terrible leaders (Pro and con)

      Cons

      - Management has a lack of communication - Management will use words to entice you to do things but never back it up (Always have things in writing or they will never honor their words) - They have an "open door" policy but when something is said it will be ignored. - HR Department is completely disconnected from employees and have no idea what's going on in an operation standpoint - Will constantly change SOPs then send "docusigns" to everyone and if it is not met, they will write you up. Which will lead to no disciplinary action anyway.

      Pros

      Friendly work environment with cool employees. Most managers are very easy-going and are nice to talk to. Lots of company events which aren't too awkward. Depending on your manager, they're flexible about a hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      The benefits are the bare-minimum. The management doesn't communicate well with each other and often blame other departments when things slow down. The CEO treats the workplace more like a frat-house than a place of business and always has a spiel in order to keep employees superficially happy. It's clear that the company also doesn't know how to manage funds.

      Good idea, good people, total chaos and lack of consistency

      very friendly people, diverse, some managers are amazing

      Cons

      Feel it's all talk, almost all developers are off shore communication is challenging, meeting agendas are chaos, they start to discuss one thing and diverge to another topic. Vacation policy is kinda bad
