    Negative Outlook
    Approves of CEO

I worked at adidas full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

There are some amazing people that work within the brand and you have a lot of exposure, there are managers that provide trust, guidance and leadership that will support growth, development and show clear success. HR in some areas genuinely care and will make every effort to ensure you’re taken care of when you need it.

    Cons

There is a political culture lead from the top whereby appointments, decisions and poor behaviour and conduct are condoned as these people and their chosen employees seem above the rest for processes, policies and general day to day, there becomes a toxicity where this has been allowed to thrive and I would caution anybody who has worked for the business for a period of time or is wanting to be work for the organisation to be aware of this environment as it can easily lead to ones own downfall physically and mentally.
