    Positive Outlook

    I worked at adidas full-time

    Pros

Huge team, nice environment. There’s always someone that you will almost definitely get along. Team target but no commission so everyone just works together nicely.

    Cons

Bad salary, if you are a sales assistant you will also have to clean the store including nightshifts to do so. Too many times mistakes were made so you wouldn’t get paid for a whole week or so and had to wait another month for that pay.

    Advice to Management

Keep hiring management with a view into the future instead of people set in their ways
