I worked at adidas part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good discount, nice sales assistants.

    Cons

On a weekend, there would be far more customers than staff could cope with, resulting in customers becoming extremely rude towards staff.

People steal from adidas all the time.

When you need help and try to contact managers using the receiver management would often ignore you because things were simply too hectic. Management don't care about staff and are fake nice.

You often got bothered by management to work extra shifts/someone else shifts because they were so understaffed.

Half the items customers were looking for where not in stock so we'd have to turn down business all the time.

0 rewards for working hard or making extra effort with customers.

    Advice to Management

Employ more sales associates during weekends to avoid staff being so rushed off their feet. Fixing the understaffing problem could have resolved so many issues.

I have been working at adidas part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Had an amazing team, the managers are always up to standard, everyone is friendly. You are allegeable to do over time if you want - you do get paid to do so.

    Cons

Working in a collaboration store they tend to be smaller and a team of 6-7. Usually there would be 3 people in, one being the manager. You do get times were there is barely any customers, you will be left alone upstairs by yourself, if you need a size or anything or if its busy you call the manager.

    Advice to Management

    keep up the good work
