I worked at adidas full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    honest work. nice work environment.

    Cons

Bullying culture prevalent within the warehouse on some of teams. Not tackled by the management.
Some of the people are intolerant of other nationalities. think nothing of humiliating people and management do not tackle it. If you raise it with your team lead then you are ignored by people on your team. Very poor.

    Advice to Management

seriously you need to sort it. Some of the managers appear not to care about how their employees are being treated. They are allowing a bullying culture to develop. this is the 21st century.
