    Pros

    Adidas in Herzo has a very nice working environment. Colleagues are fantastic and always something going on. Feels like being a student on campus.

    Cons

    Salary for new entry positions is relatively low, but is compensated with a good work life balance. Not too much training provided.

    Great boss Work Life Balance is what you make of it - very flexible working hours Respectful, professional, and fun colleagues - very diverse in Amsterdam Digital HQ Really enjoy being on the front end of an industry and experiencing real innovation

    Salaries for Digital roles need an upgrade BAD Career growth isn't as clear as previous companies Some Directors have real power trips, but I guess you get that in any huge company HR isn't trusted here - there are good HR people, but the lazy out number the good Bonus' are very low compared to my peers at other ecom and definitely any tech companies.
