Pros
I have worked for breathe for a number of years and I can honestly say it is the best company I have ever worked for. They actually care about your health and well being not just the work you do for them. Having been diagnosed with depression in the early part of last year, the management team ensured my return to work was easy for me and put measures in place to make sure I was okay. You are listened to in the company and encouraged to stretch yourself to be the best you can be. EVERYONE that works for breathe is welcoming and I have made quite a few good friends whilst I have been here, even a new flatmate! It is lovely to work for a company where everyone has passion to see the company to succeed.
Cons
None that I can think of!

Pros
I have worked for breatheHR for a couple of years now, having worked for big companies in the past I was nervous to make the move into a small business, but it was the best decision I have ever made. I was immediately made to feel welcome and became a person again not just a number. Working for breatheHR your opinion is valued and you are allowed and most of all encouraged to try new things, you will never hear 'no, this is the way we do it here' All in all it is a great place to work and a great team to work with.
Cons
With us all being foodies, someone is always bringing lunch in the office so you may have to splash out for a gym membership

I love coming to work with such a brilliant team of people. The company support you to develop and perform the best in your role, and there is a strong sense of working together across the business. There's an exciting energy at breathe - everyone loves what they do! The company culture is just fantastic, they really do look after their staff and everyone is listened to. They offer amazing perks and so many opportunities. If you get the opportunity to work for breathe - grab it with both hands!
Cons
None whatsoever! I love everything about my job at breathe.

Pros
Breathe is a forward thinking company that is always striving to learn, improve and grow. I've worked at Breathe for about 2 years, not only are we growing rapidly in businesses but in # of employees, the effort that has gone in to creating a great company culture and being a quality place to work has been incredible. Always open to feedback with an incredible growth mindset. As an employee I feel genuinely cared about, what more can you ask for?
Cons
None that I can think of.

Pros
I've worked for breatheHR for four and half years and have never regretted a day. It feels more like a family than a company. I learn something new everyday. We work as a team to reach our company goals. At the outset we ensure that the team understands the company vision, values and mission.
Cons
None really! Southwater isn't the most exciting place to work but at least you can't spend a fortune at lunchtime!
