It's good place for fresh grads. If you want to learn fast, this place is good for you. The coworkers is supportive and not all of them were toxic
Cons
The management is not clear enough to tell you who's CEO or not, micromanaging is burdensome here, also the leads is not good enough to tell you whether is right or not because their narcissistic that believe no one could surpass their knowledge
