      Pros

The office and flexiable working conditions

      Cons

Long term middle management, they don't allow you to communicate with others without trying to control you. Lots of bullying type behaviour.

      Pros

Great for opportunities to get a broad range of experience. Great people at associate level and a great new Senior Leadership team.

      Cons

Middle management are stuck in old ways of working, most having only ever worked at dunnhumby. Very inefficient as a total business with a lack of structire and support. Lots of lip service with a severe lack of action-orientation.

      Pros

Some good people, pretty flexible and good coffee

      Cons

They don’t really have any customers for their products so you never actually see anything working in a live environment. Feels like your contributing to a promise. Middle management are terrible at change management and generally poor leaders. Promotions and development was always a promise and never appeared, external hires should negotiate hard as that’s the only way you will get the grade and salary you want. External training and certification is none existent. Lots of management only out to look good to the CEO and CTPO. Too many cooks spoil the broth and this is the same in the tech space lots of opinions very little leadership or execution. Impossible to introduce fresh ideas.

      Pros

*Amazing office which is now only half filled *Free gym in building *As done some amazing work in the past and has a great product *No central London location *Birthday off *Work From Home

      Cons

*Amazing off which is only half filled BUT staff are squashed on 3 floors *Free gym needs to be cleaned more than once a year *Still pushing old product and New products are not industry new *For a UK founded company which was global they now advocate pushing jobs to India purely on cost. Job also pushed to Manchester and that might as swell be for the isolated island. *Current CEO not a talkative chap *Too many people in position and promoted purely due to long service and/or made deals with other managers *School playground mentality of most middle management *desperately trying to rebuild culture, new staff are wonder struck, old staff are either stuck in job surrounded by other who enjoy living off their efforts * HR facilitate managers pushing staff out the company *New building shows signs that corners were cut during building

      Pros

      1. Work life balance is good 2. New office at hammersmith is good

      Cons

      1. No future prospects, company is going downhill. Profits are falling so they are letting people go. 2. Home grown senior management so they don't know how to react in the crisis situation. 3. Middle management is extremely bad. People who have been here for many years and they just want to stick to their positions without adding any values.

      Pros

      > Employee friendly policies such as treat yourself allowance > Higher management is good > Provides the best IT facilities available

      Cons

Entry level management and middle management is inexperienced and terrible. Some have come in through acquisition and aren't able to scale up their thinking to work in a growing company. They are extremely micro-managerial. This wasn't the case earlier when management actually trusted their team members. I had already proved myself as a competent professional but all that hard work was lost after I came back from maternity leave to a new manager who said she didn't know my work or what I'd done before, despite my ex-manager and other reporting managers telling her that I was very good with my work. This was extremely demotivating and disappointing. It was also the time when good workers were leaving in droves due to the same kind of culture pervading the company. It was great before but by the time I felt, it had become a toxic place to be.
