      The company is immature culture-wise, but has a great software development team

      Pros

      Pair programming, TDD/BDD, smart colleagues, good Agile practices; fantastic location with great views over the Thames.

      Cons

      Cliquey, average pay, no real culture and you feel like a "resource" (i.e. expendable). Poor benefits package (for example, the private medical insurance is a joke, with yearly upper limits that would be reached after 2 consultations).

      Pros

      High standards for our work, good opportunities for growing and learning. Pairprogramming, TDD and some CD and BDD principles - always room for good ideas and improvements around the tech.

      Cons

      Can be a bit stiff regarding working from home.

      Pros

      Most highly skilled team I've ever worked with. Superb commitment to TDD. Flat management structure promotes collaboration, courage and self organisation. Fun culture, albeit a bit irreverent.

      Cons

      Long hours. Bit cliquey. We claim to do BDD but we don't really (the acceptance tests are automated but we don't write them first so they don't drive the development). Slightly worrying turnover rate of devs.
