Great people and fun environment. Projects were cutting edge and challenging.
Cons
Hectic, overly focused on getting the job done, that doing it right gets lost.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at ePrize full-time for more than a year
Pros
Great people to work with, creative atmosphere filled with energy, good benefits despite poor salaries and job perks, including company parties, gourmet coffee, and occasionally product freebies and free food. Get to work with some of the biggest brands in the industry.
Cons
Poor work/life balance, expected to work insane hours for little compensation. Lack of understanding of work load or work load concerns leading to decreased quality. Not enough resources to do one's job properly.

Pros
There were some nice perks: lunchbox (subsidized lunches), free soft drinks, parties, 401k matching, great medical benefits. Beyond that, there were great people to work with OUTSIDE of management.
Cons
All of the perks are gone. The medical benefits are still there but greatly reduced. 401k matching is gone. Also, if you don't get something in writing (or even if you do), ePrize management is very unlikely to honor their contract unless it is directly in their favor.

Pros
Some great people At one time a great culture At one time a fast growing company with lots of opportunity Opportunity to work with fortune 500 companies if you are very lucky Flexible work life balance if you push for it
Cons
Lack of vision Management lacks basic understanding of many business principles Misunderstanding of changing market Fear of conflict making it impossible to get things done Private company run like a public one Rampant nepotism/favoritism. Inability to measure or act based on measurement Will work you to the bone or let you sit and do nothing but does not act to manage the situation Politics are king, merit is an afterthought Titles rather than compensation

Pros
I worked with some great people. Some of the best in fact. However, none of these people were in a management position. There WERE some cool perks like free coke, lunchbox, massages, etc but all of these programs have ended.
Cons
Work life balance is totally out of whack. Pay is less than industry standard across the board. Highly inept, untrustworthy, and sometimes borderline evil leadership. Also, people make promises on behalf of eprize with no authority to do so and not even the slightest bit of intent to follow through so if you don't have a legally binding contract with them and you are fully prepared to sue, but deal with them. Another thing, there is a lot of 'bad' press out there about them, mostly from former (or even current) employees. Now granted, if they are former, their views are biased but if you consider how many people are speaking out against this company, something has to be fishy about it.
